237054 - Acts strangely when address written in CAPS and auto complete guesses the address

I wrote my own site's adress in firefoxes address field on caps, and the
software knew the address from my previous visits. Naturally I used the up and
down keys to select the address, and noticed something strange (please see the
link to the picture i provided). When I pressed enter, it gets me to the right
site though, so it's not that big of a problem.

Reproductible. Tried more then one site.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Put on the caps lock.
2.Write any site you've previously visited on the adress field. start with the
WWW thing.
3.When the guess box appeares, pres the up and downa arrows to select the
appropriate one
4. do NOT press enter yet
5.See?
6. Try pressing enter.

Actual Results:  
Well, the address bar fills in the selected address. The problem is, that it
starts filling it in from the http:// starting, instead of the "www."

So if I wrote
www.e
firebird guesses on the list: http://www.e-piru.tk
I select it
and the result is WWW.E://www.e-piru.tk/

See? the problem is that firefox can't tell the difference between starting the
addresss with http:// and www.

If i wrote www.e-p
The fill in whould be
WWW.E-P/www.e-piru.tk/
so the software counts the first characters as being the HTTP:// tag, though it
is not.

I'm sorry, i can't explain this any better in english.


Expected Results:  
Well, it should fill it this way:
i write WWW.E-P
and select
WWW.E-Piru.tk
or (even better)
www.e-piru.tk

Default theme.
No strange options
Not much options changes (autosave directory and such)
No plugins
