(Happens both with Passowrd Manager and Form Manager). If you, for example, tell
Mozilla to remember your user and password at bugzilla, it won't fill the user
and password fields with saved data until the page has completely loaded. In
pages full of images, for example, this is really awfull, as you have to wait a
lot for the fields to get filled.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Tell Mozilla to store some form info
2.Enter that page with the form
3.THe form won't get filled until all has loaded

Actual Results:  
Waits for all to load.

Expected Results:  
Fill it as the form loads.
