While Using the Bookmarks/Manage Bookmarks Menu,
In the "New Bookmark/Schedule" option
when one selects the time slot of two hours, and the “minutes” value is 60, the
notification for any change in the website is not displayed. It notifies if the
“minutes” value is 10 and slot time difference is 2 hours.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select "Bookmarks/Manage Bookmark’s” menu
2. Click on "New Bookmark" and select "Schedule"
3. Change the value of "when" other than never to enable other options
4. Select 2 hours time difference in “from” and “to” fields e.g. 2AM in “from”
and 4AM in “to”.
5. Select the “minutes” as 60.
6. Click on “Notify” and check the “display alert” checkbox.
Actual Results:
The browser doesn't notify the changes made in the website.

Expected Results:
The browser should notify the changes made in the website.
and if its three hours? there's been a bunch of Scheduler bugs here but without
a lot of reduction, and some conflicting information....
If we enter 1 or 2 minutes in "every" and select 3 hours or 4 hours time slot,
it works fine, but it doesnot work if we enter 60 minutes .

I'm trying to replicate this bug but am confused by the report.
(a) You said that you selected the time slot of 2 am to 4 am, so I presume that
the notify feature will advise you of changes made only between those times? Or
that it will only notify you during those times? In either case, when were the
changes made to the website and when did you check to see if you were notified
of those changes?
(b) what website did you specify? What changes were made to this website?
without followup from the reporter, this bug isn't going anywhere. Please reopen
if you can provide the requested information. thanks.
