237273 - "Properties" menu items accross Mozilla should have the same access key

Currently Edit|Properties in Addressbook has "i" and "P" in the context menu,
Edit|Properties in MailNews has "o", Properties in the folderpane context menu
has "P", Properties in Navigator's context menu has "P". Edit|Properties will
use "o" too when the fix for bug 215065 is checked in.

This should be consistent. I think "o" is the best choice here since "P" is
already used for Paste in the Edit menus and "i" ins't a good choice for an
accesskey, because the letter is to small.

Correct. This agrees with the XUL accesskey FAQ at
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/ui/accessibility/accesskey.html

Properties should always use an accesskey of "r" when possible. That makes it
consistent with most other apps.
