USPTO web site might be a rather 'high profile'(?) place to spread the word about Mozilla. This may not be the right component, but I guess this is pretty close. If not approriate, please feel free to change the component and the product.

I considered that, but there's nothing technically wrong (in terms of the standard compliance) with their web pages (there may be some, but at least they don't get in the way of browsing the site with Mozilla). They simply don't know that Netscape 6/7 is based on Mozilla like so many people out there. They simply don't know the existence of Mozilla. One way to deal with this serious 'perception' issue may be to ask whoever is in charge of/owns www.netscape.com to add a very prominent link to mozilla.org. I don't know how plausible this may be.
