Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; ja-JP; rv:1.7b) Gecko/20040312
Firefox/0.8.0+
Confirmed - I see this on Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US;
rv:1.7b) Gecko/20040406 Firefox/0.8.0+

Seems to be a DUPE of bug 221813 ?
Is bug 221813 made an issue of not only including a menu bar but including the
browser window?

It may be duplicate if that is right.
Confirmed with 0.9 (can someone change the status to NEW?)

This is pretty fatal to the usefulness of the help, since you can't *do*
anything while the help window is open. Another tidbit: if I use cmd+` to cycle
between windows, it raises the browser window then immediately brings the help
window back on top.
I guess it's a dupe of either bug 221813 or bug 21296. I see this in Mozilla
2004061408, so at least it's not Firefox-specific.
