237395 - mozilla locks up if audio resource busy

if the audio resource is in use, ie listening to an mp3 in another application
and a web page that uses audio is opened in mozilla then mozilla hangs until the
audio resource is released (ie the mp3 ap is killed)
Mozilla should time out or have an option to turn off sound support if it needs
full control of the audio.




Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open audio aplicaiton mp3 player etc
2.open web page with audio see above link.


Actual Results:  
mozilla hangs until resource relased 

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should time out or have an option to turn off sound support if it needs
full control of the audio.
