When I move image using drag-n-drop to other location of document, the composer
changes relative URL to absolute file:/// etc..

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.place image to document and set url to "relative"
2.drag-n-drop it to other place of document
3.check the url

Actual Results:  
url changed to absolute path file:/// that causes error loading image when
uploaded to web, "relative" is off.

Expected Results:  
URL is untouched.
