If I post to a thread titled "UFO!", and later I try to post to another thread
titled, say, "Aliens!", the website's default title, "Re. Aliens!" flashes for a
split second, then gets over-written by "UFO!".

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. (need a Seti@Home account to be able to post..)
2. Post to any thread X
3. Post to any other thread Y

Actual Results:
previous thread title, X's, shows instead of Y's

Expected Results:
NOT overwrite a form field that has already been filled by the website, by means
of javascript, or whatever. Only should fill-out a field if it is blank 1 second
or two after the page displays.

Also, doesn't seem to remember that the post was already sent; and when one
hits the [Back] button it wants to resend the thing and one has to click [Cancel].
