There's already a bug on this, with a patch that I've been hassling Dave and
kiko to review for about a month :-)

I don't think this is a duplicate.

I do think, though, that this patch just got obsoleted by bug 234293, which is
going in first to complete the original query/search structure redesign.

While on the one hand, I think there is merit to the term customization that
timeless is attempting here because of the possibility of a company that has
printed up reference materials for Bugzilla, on the other hand, 90% of their
reference material is probably going to be null and void anyway because of the
massive amounts of other changes we've made from previous versions.

From a user-friendly standpoint, I think "search" is definitely better.
