Download manager can accelerate too many downloads by splitting the files into
several parts. There are too many products that has this property (Star
Downloader, GetRight, etc...)

Actual Results:
I want to download a too many big file (300MB+) and this is slow because only
makes a single download.
Expected Results:
Split the file to download in 3, 4 or more parts for all big files (10MB or more)
