In bug 205086, I'm removing these in lines from the default prefs files in the
trunk.

According to lxr, there is code that reads these prefs values.

Before, I had confused "photon" with another project, so I had not followed up
on this.
You can remove the network.hosts.socks* from the trunk and I'll clean the photon
code.
