User-Agent:       Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1)

This behavior had been seen on Firebird 0.6.  Web site says Netscape 6.0 and
above, IE 5.5 and above are best browsers. Can reach page normally using
Netscape 4.8 or IE 5.01

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter URL noted above 
2. Wait for Screen title "Please wait - Mozilla Firefox" to appear
3.
Actual Results:  
"Please wait" screen appeared.

Expected Results:  
Proceeded to USAA.com home screen where a userid/password form is displayed.

Firebird 0.6 is waaay old. You should use a more recent version to report bugs
against.
