User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7b) Gecko/20040316 Firefox/0.8.0+ (djeter)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7b) Gecko/20040316 Firefox/0.8.0+ (djeter)
When you open the options dialog and use the "Stored Cookies" dialog to add
domains to your block list, if you then immediately open the "Exceptions" dialog
those new entries do not show up. You must completely exit the Options dialog
and reopen it to view your new entries in the "Exceptions" dialog.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the "Options" dialog
2. Open the "Stored Cookies" dialog
3. Click the "Do not allow..." button and remove some cookies
4. Close the "Stored Cookies" dialog
5. Open the "Exceptions" dialog
Actual Results:
The domains added in step 3 do not show up in the Exceptions dialog
Expected Results:
The domains added in step 3 should show up in the Exceptions dialog
If after step 3, you close the "Options" dialog and then reopen it and open the
"Exceptions" dialog, the new entries will show up.
I have noticed this behaviour for several weeks on various builds and with a new
profile. Just noticed that there wasn't a bug for it (that I could find anyway).

1.0.1 too
if you delete cookies the same numbed you deleted are ont he bottom fo the
display in clear selectable items.
basicly deleted then all the existing cookies shift up int he list but the
spaces that had the stuff deleted still exist at the end as null field values.
exceptions don't update if you delete for example 10 of them however if you
scroll down the list they update to their proper value as you go along. also the
ones delete just like int he cookies list are at the bottom fo the exceptions
list as selectable null options. (always)
sometimes clicking tools => options then going from for example general to
advanced the left menu won't chane to the place you selected and the dialoge ont
he right does not update nor does the ok/cancle buttons work, only way to close
it is with the X (randomly)
Windows XP SP2 all updates to date 1.0.1 of Firefox

re comment 5, the stored cookie list behaves fine for me (gtk2). the exceptions
list does not, confirmed blank entries upon deletion. most likely a separate
bug... this code needs whacking. retargeting to 1.1, go gettem mconnor ;)

This bug no longer exists with the way the new prefs. dialog is arranged.
