Image does not display. Maybe accessed by right clicking and selecting view
image. Worked in the past. Possibly changes at the site. 
Image location "http://209.165.153.2/cgi-bin/image640x480.jpg?dummy=1079561320160"
Image displays with IE.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access site http://www.arcticcam.com/cam.html should see picture near center
of screen.

Actual Results:  
Web Cam picture and weather summary bar below do not appear.

Expected Results:  
Display Web Cam picture.

Edit->Preferences->Privacy&Security->Images: 

[ ] enable images from the originating server only.
[x] enable all images

If I enable images from the originating server only, the image is not loaded,
maybe it is from another server.

should be dupe of bug 167784 as it's using an Axis camera, see also bug 195193.
Short-term solution is to get this site to upgrade the camera firmware to 2.32
or above (2.40 as of now) instead of current 2.02, see release notes:
