The smileys not-showing up on drop down menus is back, from build 20040314xx on...

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Compose new message
2. press the button to select a smiley
3. 
Actual Results:  
the smileys don't appear, only their names


Expected Results:  
the smileys should appear along with their descriptions

Not able to reproduce on Linux. Which theme are you using?

I'm using venerable Modern.It was all fine, until i installed 20040314 build, i
was using the same theme before that...

Plus, when I select a smiley from the drop-down list, I see a :-) ,for example,
instead of the actual smiling face, like I did before...

Alright, everything looks fine with the "default" modern theme...
SO, why it was fine before with the other theme i was using and now it's screwed?
Anyway, the incorrect tool tips still appear, BTW.

Bug 84950 was fixed a week ago (on the 10th), allowing theme authors to also
theme smileys.

Please file a separate bug about incorrect tooltips if there is an issue with
them in the default themes. Resolving as invalid.
