spell checker dosn't 'auto engage' on replies and forwards when quoting text
inline and hit send button - couldn't see this in reported bugs, which surprised
me as I can't imagine this is an obscure thing - manually spell checking of this
sort of composition works just fine... cheers...

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. have replies and forwards set to quote inline
2. type your 'extra' text
3. hit send, but spell checker doesn't automatically open as it does for 'fresh'
messages



Expected Results:  
spell checked forwarded / replies with inline quoted text before send (when this
is set in preferences...)
