The Mail toolbar icon should be different to the icon used for History -
probably an envelope.

Using the same icon for both is way too confusing to put in a release, even of
beta software.

Firefox 0.9 is a feature-driven release. Minor polish bugs like this shouldn't
block it. If this makes it in, great. But it's not a blocker for 0.9.
