237906 - Remove maximum number of recent pages from prefs

Under Composer prefs there is a totally unneccessary UI cluttering option about
maximum number of recent documents listed. A default of 10 is sufficent and no
user should be bothered with such a preference.

I tend to disagree with this bug: using Nvu with its site manager, I often rely
on the "Recent files" menu item. I found 10 to be too much for me so I switched
to 8. Some people may prefer 12.

I am futuring/p5 this bug until we decide if it's a wontfix or not.

btw, it is handy to expose this pref so that someone can be talked through the
process of not showing recently edited files.  We really need a menu command for
"clear recently edited files" but that is a different bug...
