Currently when I search under the "bug reporter" field at
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ with my name "[e-mail]", zarro results are
returned.  Unfortunately, this isn't correct since I have a bug which I
submitted (linked <a
href="http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=233773">here - Bug 233773</a>)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
2. Search for bugs with reporter="[e-mail]" and receive 0 results.
3. Load http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=233773 to see the bug with
reporter="[e-mail]"

Actual Results:  
Search returns 0 results

Expected Results:  
Search should return 1 result (Bug 233773)

Browser says "Zarro Boogs found."

I see two bugs by you (one of them is this one).  Both are UNCONFIRMED.  IIRC,
UNCONFIRMED is not selected by default on the query page.
