Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start Mozilla’s Firefox browser window 2.select bookmarks from the toolbar and select Bookmarks manager 3.using the keyboard press Alt+f. Actual Results: The new folder dialog opens up Expected Results: should open the file menu
