User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7b) Gecko/20040316 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7b) Gecko/20040316 This is a regression of a correct behavior in earlier versions of Firefox (0.8) and Mozilla (1.6). After a series of https connections the browser claims a connection timeout has occurred and refuses to load the rest of the page. Installing or running another version of the browser(s) yields the completed page. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Load https://ibank.amsouth.com 2. Note a series of connections to get images, etc. 3. Note the page stops loading half way through 4. Observe the connection timeout pop-up dialogue. Actual Results: The browser made a series of connections and then stopped loading. Eventually, it reported a connection timeout error. This is not server related. Expected Results: Page should complete loading This is occuring in recent builds of Firefox and Mozilla. The exact time of regression is still being determined.
(In reply to comment #0) > This is not server related. Are you sure? I see the exact same problem when using Konqueror 3.2.1.
This is indeed a bug on their side. See bug 232674. Thomas, the best you can probably do is described here: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/tech-evangelism/users.html *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 232674 ***
