In the current display, The "Search for Software" is overlayed on the Welcome Back Text for a registered user. This problem is also in the 1.7b distribution of Mozilla Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Just open the URL 2. 3. Expected Results: Correctly displayed the blocks
