TO REPRODUCE THIS BUG, CREATE A *.URL SHORTCUT ON YOUR DESKTOP HAVING AN ADDRESS
THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM THE BROWSER'S START PAGE AND FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1. Launch Mozilla
2. Minimize Mozilla
3. Double-click the *.url shortcut on your desktop
4. Right-click in the address bar text field
5. The text in the field will select (highlight) as it should, but the context
menu has a greyed cut and copy.  In this state, Ctrl+x and Crtl+c are broken as
well.

Steps to Reproduce:
TO REPRODUCE THIS BUG, CREATE A *.URL SHORTCUT ON YOUR DESKTOP HAVING AN ADDRESS
THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM THE BROWSER'S START PAGE AND FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1. Launch Mozilla
2. Minimize Mozilla
3. Double-click the *.url shortcut on your desktop
4. Right-click in the address bar text field

Actual Results:  
The text in the field will select (highlight) as it should, but the context menu
has a greyed cut and copy.  In this state, Ctrl+x and Crtl+c are broken as well.


Expected Results:  
Cut and copy should not have been greyed while the address bar text was
selected.  Ctrl+x and Ctrl+c should not have broken.

I can confirm this with various milestones and builds, including Firefox 0.8,
though under different circumstances, and on FreeBSD.
