If a product is chosen by bugzilla search, the scroll bar of the Select element
of "Resolution", "Severity", "Priority", and "Hardware" will be displayed unjustly.
There is no problem in firefox.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open bugzilla search
2. Select "Thunderbird" from Product list
   -- The scroll bar of the above-mentioned Select element is not displayed.
3. Select "other product from Product list
   -- A scroll bar is displayed unjustly.

I see it as well, with 2004031508, 10.3.2.  Very bizarre things will fix the
rendering, too: mousing over a list will fix that list's scroll bars, scrolling
in another list fixes lists below it (but only the parts directly below the
list; it's possible to just draw half (horizontally) of a scrollbar), and
selecting a version, component, or target will fix all the scroll bars.

Is this related in any way to the general issues of bug 222972?

There was no problem in nightly build of 20040229.
The problem was reproduced in nightly build of 20040315.

Since bug236947(crash bug) may be between these two builds, it is not checking.

When the product was chosen several times by the product list,

I can't reproduce it now either, so it looks like the patch for bug 222972 did
indeed fix it. Marking fixed.
