Ampersand in file name causes subscribe/unsubscribe in folder to fail

Create a file with an ampersand as part of it and try to unsubscribe from it.
The text appears with everything before the & and not after, nor can you
unsubscribe from it.

It should be able to interpret the & in a filename properly.

Edward L. Haletky, this is working OK for me with TB 1.0+0222, Win2K. Is this
bug still a problem for you? If not, please mark the bug:
