Problem: Modern theme corrupted when launching Mozilla second time. Essentially
Mozilla theme looks fine and as it should when Mozilla is launched first time
(after boot). Exiting Mozilla, and immediately re-launching it causes the Modern
theme to be corrupted. It looks as though the modern and classic theme have been
mixed up; status bar and portions of the menu bar are the classic theme, the
rest is the modern theme.

Work around: Existing Mozilla, waiting a few secs, re-launching.

I have experienced this problem with two separate Wintel XP systems.

Thank you.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Mozilla.
2. Exit Mozilla, and relaunch quickly using system tray quick launcher.

Actual Results:
Modern theme and classic theme should be mixed up.

Expected Results:
Modern theme should be loaded.
