The password box is placed below the username box and therefore is obscured by
other graphics. It should be placed to the right of the username box.

The password box should be placed to the right of the username box not below it.

Where are you looking? I'm seeing, in the box in the upper right on the front page:

Which is definitely the right layout for the page.

Reporter could you attach a screenshot to the bug ? Could you also check with a 
recent Mozilla Nigthly ?

the page i see (www.aol.com) has the password below the username and it looks
correct to me. looks the same in IE.
