Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In config, enable spelling everytime you send a mail
2. Write a mail
3. Press send
4. In the "Check Spelling" window, select "Download more" as new language

Actual Results:  
Nothing really. I got a new window that is only a blank title

Expected Results:  
I guess the default browser should open a download page
