Nag me about attaching a file if certain keywords are matched in my e-mail

Details
Something that happens to me quite often is I write an e-mail saying "see the attached blah blah..." but forget to attach anything. Upon me clicking Send, I would like Mozilla to: 1. Scan my e-mail for attachment keywords. 2. If one is found, and I haven't attached anything, ask me if I really want to send the e-mail without any attachment. Since English isn't the language most people use for e-mail, the list of keywords must be user-modifiable. Defaults may or may not be part of different language packs.

Interesting... Is there a specific reason why you filed this for the old 1.4 branch and not for the main development trunk?

1.4 is just what I happen to be using at the moment. If this gets implemented somewhere else, that would be fine with me.
Already mentioned in bug 35601 comment 8 and bug 35601 comment 34, related/duplicate?

I'll consider this a dupe for now. I'll re-open if bug 35601 gets a solution that I'm not happy with. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 35601 ***
