I'd like to make a few changes to the tinderbox scripts:

- Have an ExtraFiles variable for things to be checked out along with client.mk
on the first checkout.  This is needed for browser/config/mozconfig to be pulled
for Firefox.

- Change the clobber target to be 'distclean' instead of 'clean'.  There's a lot
of stuff that isn't removed by clean, and we want the releases to come from a
clean build environment (this may be made configurable to nuke the whole tree
later, but for now this is an improvement).

- Add a build-firefox.pl script that works like build-seamonkey.pl.

(I had to change it to run the clobber and build targets separately in order for
distclean to work... otherwise make got confused about whether it had built the
prerequisites and tried to make alldep without objdir/Makefile being present).
