After extraction of mozilla-win32-1.7b-de-AT.zip (Austrian - German version) and
starting the mail programm no synbols were shown. When wanted I to look at the
release at "Hilfe - Über Mozilla" there was something written in red letters
like "~ ..." but no information of the release. After this I wanted tp start
"Tools - Download Manager" but the Download Manager didn´t start. Only the red
letters were shown which began with something like "~ ...". 
After this I killed the mozilla 1.7b-de-AT-directory in Programme and copied the
older files of Mozilla mozilla-win32-1.6-deAT.zip to the mozilla directory and
no error is shown (with the older version: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98;
de-AT; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040113).
