Works fine for me. Reporter, please create a new profile and see if it still
happens. If so, please try a complete fresh install of Mozilla after you've
removed your current installation.

Well, I can't replicate it, either. Apparently background image download failed
at the time I encountered the problem and broke other things. But since I cannot
break image downloads at will, I guess this bug should be closed.
