Netscape 4.61, 128-bit encryption
For years I have noted that using a picklist that folds (is longer than the
screen height, at least) freezes keyboard response but not mouse response. The
fix is to enter Preferences and to purge the memory cache. An annoyance,
especially as I have a 7-page form with picklists on several pages.

Since this report is not about a Mozilla bug, it is INVALID,
but, please, feel free to test the form that NN 4.61 has trouble with
against Mozilla Milestone 13, available from
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/release-notes/
If you find the same problem, please report it in a new bug report
following the Bug-writing Guidelines at

Assuming that by "picklist" you mean a <SELECT>, the proper Component would be
"HTML Form Controls";
You may find that you cannot test this yet due to bug 16152, "[GFX Scrollbars]
Form Listboxes drawn incorrectly or not at all past canvas edge", scheduled
for Milestone 15.
