/xpfe/communicator/resources/content/browserBindings.xul seems to not be referenced anywhere, except in jar.mn
same for /xpfe/communicator/resources/content/editorBindings.xul : http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/search?string=editorBindings
In bug 57078 akk XBLified most of the bindings 3 years ago. See also bug 71779 to make the menus read the bindings from XBL. In the meantime all the menu bindings are in platformCommunicatorOverlay.xul

In fact you could probably merge platformCommunicatorOverlay.xul into utilityOverlay.xul and export all the differences into the .dtd instead.

As Neil found, the files should have been already been removed by the first patch of bug 57078 (attachment 26238 [details] [diff] [review])... Only platformNavigationBindings.xul is still in use, all other *Bindings.xul can be killed: http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/search?string=Bindings.xul
