It's bad to do this but it's been years that the ediot policy haven't been revised.

Sometimes the browser encodes wrong and the is no menu on the top or it is in
the frame or something that we cannot access the menu on the top at all! So,
this is a major issue. Why we use this browser if it cannot display an
important pages properly. I need "Character Encoding" in the "Right Click" menu!!

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browser to the web page that write in one language and encoded in another
language. Moreover, it must be a page that does not have menu ("File Edit View...")
2. The page cannot be read.
3. How to read it, then??

Actual Results:
2. The page cannot be read.

Expected Results:
Ability to force the page encoding!! At it to the "Right Click" menu.

It's a duplicate one, of course. I don't know how to emphasize more in the old
bug. Anyone know? Please let me know.
Yes, this is a duplicate. Please mark it as duplicate of the old bug. Do not
file new bugs for issues with existing bugs on them, please. It just wastes
developer and QA time.
