Details

I and others on the mailing list think that it would be best for Camino to use
the cache folder provided by apple instead of using t's own inside the
application support folder.

- that would easy profile backups
- integrate better with OS X
- 3d party apps tha clear caches would be able to do that for Camino to

Maybe not a dup since ~/Library/Caches/Camino is specific to Camino.

sounds like a good idea.
done. also we delete the old cache folder so the profile is smaller and easier
to back up.
