only realplayer will play videos online. Quicktime and Microsoft Media player don't work. I have tried many different settings in tools

Microsoft media player and quicktime do not play. I have tried many changes in the tools section, but nothing seems to help. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.log onto cmt.com 2.try playing some videos 3. Actual Results: only realplayer works Expected Results: Played the videos with the appropriate software.
