I'm not sure if MOZ_WIDGET_GTK2 is defined by the xul pp. We'll find out

Is this really fixed? I'm using CVS HEAD every few days and I just realized that marking all messages read doesn't work anymore since I forced the use of GTK2.

If this one is fixed does it mean that there a bug # to fix the cause of this bug and get back the CTRL+SHIFT+C shortcut for consistency's sake with other platforms ? (I was about to file this bug when I found this one)
