Latest CCK build dated: 01-13-99 Need to update the MyISP rshell.ini file to point at the correct .bmp images (background, Install button(up,down,mouse-over), Install.txt button(up,down,mouse-over))

Meeting with Gemma Watson (who did the MyISP art work) today. She will not have these images until mid/end of M14.
This bug was vandalized by a clueless idiot. I believe I have undone all of the vandalism.

The bkground.bmp located in the MyISP\Workspace\Autorun\Shell\bmps\ should be moved to the MyISP\Workspace\Installer\ directory and renamed to Setup.bmp

reopening.... The bkground.bmp was moved to the MyISP\Installer\ directory as requested. However, need to remove the bkground.bmp from the MyISP\Workspace\Autorun\Shell\bmps\ directory
