the builds today are not no good so far... there is a major url/res: bustage,
and they're backing out the changes and respin...

I don't think this is invalid bug since this bug is logged for today's bad build
initially. I am thinking this bug is duplicate of bug#23957. And now we are
waiting for the fix already. Marking as duplicate.
