On the page http://www.messengertools.nl/index.php?page=avatar, there should
open a menu in the left column under "Download", wich you can find under
"Avatars". In Mozilla, the submenu doesn't open, in Explorer, it does.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.messengertools.nl
2. Click on Avatars, read the instructions
3. Click on downloads, then there will happen nothing

Actual Results:  
the pages loads

Expected Results:  
load and show a submenu

The page is very carefully coded to only work in IE (using IE-proprietary DOM
such as window.id and so forth even when standard alternatives exist).

The site design is by http://www.eversite.com/ which claims "Eversite HTML & CSS
pagina's zijn conform de W3C standaard, kwaliteit begint bij de 'source'."

erm...

Received reply from Eversite: 
"Ik geef u volledig gelijk, de site is idd, niet super compatibel met andere
browsers.

Eversite levert echter alleen de layout (de homepage) van de site. En hoewel
we bij levering altijd w3c validated html & css pagina's leveren (en ze
getest worden op IE, Firefox & Opera), hebben we geen zeggenschap over de
verdere ontwikkeling van de site en dus de cross-browser compatibiliteit."

Site is indeed not compatible, but eversite only did the layout. Coding is done
by  http://www.4-dimensions.nl/ which even don't have a working link for CONTACT.

I already sent an e-mail to messengertools.nl, they replied that their site
should be compatible with every browser... Strange...

INCOMPLETE due to lack of activity since the end of 2009.

If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
