23961 - 2 error boxes popup on mozilla startup in NT

When I start mozilla I get two error message boxes when running Windows NT.  It
has been happening since ive been using mozilla.  After i press OK, for both the
messages everything appears to work fine.

sounds like maybe a clean install might make this go away???
do you install each new build a new directory?

I was installing new builds incorrectly.  I was copying the new files over the 
old ones, but I didn't realize that I should be deleting the directory and 
starting fresh. Sorry about that.
