When you display a page with two instances of the same SWF then the SWF is
downloaded twice. Next time it is downloded again and Info/Media shows
that there is no known information about the SWF file.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Display any page with Flash.

I'm sorry but during further tests it seems there is no problem
with actual caching - only with displaying cache info in Info/Media.
It is only when I use character # in URL - not only in flash url
but in any URL. I'll look bugzilla for this one and add it if not
there.
