Windows pops up " Mozilla.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point ??0NS_ConvertUTF16toUTF8@@QAE@PBG@Z could not be
located in the dynamic link library xpcom.dll

Clicked OK and continued

Expected Results:  
No pop up window

This seems to have been posted in other areas but the infoormation is different
from my issue.  Some websites have this issue, others do not.
How exactly did you install?  What extensions did you have installed for the
Mozilla version you installed over?

Darin, this has been coming up a lot; anything we can do about it?
I'm unable to reproduce this problem using windows XP. I've tried installing
1.7b on top of and next to 1.6 and 1.7a. I've also tested with a current build
off the 1.7 branch and cannot reproduce this. Reporter, please reopen if you can
still reproduce with a current build and you can supply the information
requested in comment 1
