Details
Overview Description: Cannot visit new secure web sites, due to a password
dialog.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Visit https://junruh:82 - a new, untrusted secure site.
Actual Results: A dialog box appears stating "Enter username for Basic
realm="NSM"". No combination of passwords can get past this dialog box.
Expected Results: That no password box should appear, instead a new web site
cert dialog box should appear.
