23968 - Messenger "Sort By Size" sorts numerically instead of by size

To easily see this problem:

- bring up Messenger and open up your inbox
or any other folder with a good
amount of messages in it
- click on the 'Size'
title (or alternatively, use View|Sort|By Size)

Expected behavior is that it
will sort the messages by size.  Instead what
happens is that the messages are
sorted (what I call) numerically, eg, messages
that are 1k in size will be
listed before messages that are 150k in size, which
are listed before messages
that are 2k in size, etc.
