when the window is maximized the view pane flickers and doesn't stop. when 
minimized this bug doesn't occurres.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.run style xp(any version)
2.start mozilla firefox
3.maximize mozilla's window

Actual Results:  
screen flickers.

Expected Results:  
it shouldn't flickers.
