Since the submit button image is invisible, you have to guess where the button
is to submit the form. The button should appear below the "enter question"
textbox. The SRC for the image is:

Unable to connect to the site and I don't see any problem with the attached
source. The button displays just fine. Worksforme with 2004041608 mozilla 1.7
branch build on windows.

I see the button just fine. Are you sure you haven't blocked images from this
site? Do you have any extensions installed that might be blocking this image? If
you go directly to the image at
http://media.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/liveonline/redesign/images/submit_query.gif
do you see it? 

I see it just fine with current firefox and mozilla builds.
