239883 - Uninstalling a theme does not remove it from the list of available themes

I downloaded the "orbit3-default-0.0.6.3.5" (file: morbit-1_2-20020917.xpi)
theme from freshmeat.net. I cannot uninstall the theme after several attempts
and different methods of uninstalling. I installed the theme into 1.7b. I then
attempted to select the theme as the theme to use but got a error message
stating that this theme was written for an earlier version of Mozilla and cannot
be used in 1.7. The error dialog said I could press "Ok" to uninstall the theme.
I pressed "Ok", closed and reopened the browser but the theme was not
uninstalled. I selected the Modern theme, closed and reopened the browser and
the orbit3 theme was still there. I went to Preferences->Appearance->Themes,
selected the theme and pressed uninstall. Nothing happened, however, when I
clicked on the "Ok" button to close the Preferences dialog I was told the
changes I had made would take effect when the browser was restarted. I close and
reopenend the browser but the theme remains listed. I tried these last steps again.

Steps to Reproduce:

10. I repeated steps 3 - 9 again.
Actual Results:  
The theme remains installed.

Expected Results:  
The theme should hae uninstalled.
